White Lace Girl’s Cardigan ages 2-10

This beautiful white lace designer cardigan is crocheted in pure cotton and is ideal for summer. The lace design has a unique texture which is quite sturdy for regular washing. There are five sizes for this cardigan: age 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 and 9-10.

The cardigan has a scalloped shell edging along the front edges and around the back neck. The short sleeves have a different mini scalloped design around the bottom edge and can be turned up to make a cuff if required for the larger sizes. A lovely designer touch is the pretty edging around the base of the cardigan. A secure large button and loop fastens at the upper chest.

This unique hand-crafted cardigan would look lovely worn for a special occasion such as a birthday, family party or to complete a flower girl outfit for a wedding.

Berries Girls Cardigan

These white designer crochet cardigans have a large strawberry border along the lower edge and feature 2 separate rows of smaller berries circling the whole cardigan. These unique cardigans have a drop shoulder sleeve design with a crochet picot trim around the wrists. A large 3-D crochet strawberry and loop fastens at the front. A unique handmade cardigan design.

There are 3 sizes of the cardigan available:-

Age 5   £28 cardigan chest 28”/71 cm (to fit chest 24”/61cm), length from shoulder 12”/30.5cm

The cardigans are made with mixed fibers, mainly cotton: 53% cotton, 33% viscose, 14% linen white yarn, the strawberries are 100% cotton, the green trim yarn is 60% silk, 30% wool, 10% cashmere.

Washing: gentle machine wash at 30c in a mesh laundry bag with garment inside out to avoid snagging, don’t use fabric conditioner, dry flat on a towel, do not tumble dry.

A beautiful cream crochet lace jacket, ideal for a flower girl or for any special occasion. Handmade in a lovely crochet lace design, this designer jacket has long sleeves and a narrow scallop edging around the neck. The jacket has crochet ties at the front and there are scallops around the base. The sleeves have a textured pattern in contrast to the front/back, with a picot trim at the wrist.

The jacket measures 30”/76cm around the chest, length from shoulder is 16”/40.5 cm and the underarm sleeve length is 13.5” /34 cm.

The jacket is made from a soft 100% acrylic baby aran yarn, so feels soft to the touch.

Washing: machine washable 30c, cool tumble dry. Do not iron. May dry clean. Suggest item is place in a mesh laundry bag when machine washing to avoid snagging on other items.

This unique and pretty cotton tunic top features delicious icecream sundaes, cherries and polka dots. The tunic forms a point at both front and back and the red bodice has an invisible zip and hook and eye closure at the back. The short sleeves are also in the same icecream print. The red and white check and lace edging is pretty and a red satin ribbon ties at the back or front.

A pretty summer cardigan is hand crocheted in a white cotton yarn in a lacy wave pattern. There is a turn-back front neck collar fastened with a single pearl button. There is an unusual flounced edging on the short sleeves and lower edge of the cardigan. This designer cardigan would look pretty with a special dress for a birthday party or summer wedding.

The cardigan measures: Chest 25”/63.5cm, length from shoulder to lower edging is 13”/33cm.

Handmade with Patons 100% cotton yarn. Wash in warm soapy water, do not wring, wrap in a towel to absorb most of the water and lay flat to dry on another towel. Can be lightly pressed with a warm iron if required.

Summer Cardigans

New from Serendipity Girls Designer Dresses

Although it’s Autumn here in England, I have some more summer knitwear that I have just designed and made. My customers and followers in warmer parts of the world (and that includes Singapore, Australia and the USA) may want to take a peak to see what I’ve been busy making.


The summer cardigans Hot Summer & Seaspray (both for age 2-3), Pebble Beach for age 4-5 and Sea Breeze for age 6-7 are made in a lovely lace crochet pattern. 

The first three cardis are made in a 100% slubbed cotton and are light and airy, drape well and are comfortable to wear. The Sea Breeze cardi is made from 50% bamboo & 50% cotton yarn which feels soft and luxurious. All have short sleeves, a real iridescent shell button and a designer touch of scallop shells on the lower edge. They are all machine washable.


All are unique pretty designs and are ideal for holidays and beachcombing! Also I will shortly be adding this pattern design to my Ravelry shop for those who wish to make the cardigans.

Rainbow Bobbles Designer Cardigan

Unique nautical style white dress comes with its own little jacket. The sleeveless dress is made in a crisp and sturdy cotton drill fabric and has a lined bodice. It has a round neck, thin white rope trim on the shoulders and a concealed zip at the back. The dress flares from the waist and there is a separate navy belt with silver coloured clasp. Also the dress is designed so that a detachable light blue sailor collar can be slotted through the trim at the shoulders to hold it in place. The dress is versatile as it is designed to be worn as either a plain white style or sailor dress style – the choice is yours! The edge to edge unlined jacket has elbow length sleeves, a round neck and sits on the waistline. The cotton fabric is a blue/grey colour with woven vertical stripes that look like ships rigging. This stylish faux fur gilet is silk lined. The faux fur is very soft textured fabric and the lustrous silk lining is in a lovely jade green colour. The gilet is waist length and is lightweight for indoor wear.

Gilet: Chest 24 ins, 61 cms. ,  Length from shoulder seam to waist is 8.5 ins 21.5 cms

The faux fur fabric is polyester/acrylic and the lining habutae silk. The gilet should be very gently handwashed in cool water due to the silk lining, iron on low temperature and do not tumble dry.

This delightful sleeveless cotton dress makes you smile!. The quirky fabric design has hens and little bows tumbling across a cream background of thin vertical gold stripes.
